A prestigious collaboration between Initium and Furlan Marri is born in the heart of the Jura mountains and Geneva’s historic alleyways. Two emerging brands, two visions, and a shared quest for watchmaking perfection and the transmission of knowledge. Initium, renowned for its exclusive watchmaking experiences, offers an unrivalled opportunity to design your own Swiss watch – a singular piece, customized down to the last detail by Furlan Marri’s designer.
Crowned with the prestigious title of “watchmaking revelation” at the GPHG (Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève) in 2021, Furlan Marri captures the essence of vintage.
For Andrea, its co-founder, working with Initium means giving watchmaking enthusiasts the opportunity to assemble their own branded watches. He sees this collaboration as an ode to authentic watchmaking, and has paid particular attention to the decoration of the movement and the interior of the case, so that participants can marvel at the beauty of the finishes, for a dazzling discovery of Swiss craftsmanship.

Absolutely not! Our workshops have been designed so that anyone can participate and therefore do not require any prior knowledge.

All our workshops can be given in French, English, German, Italian or Spanish.
However, there are fewer dates for languages other than French and English.
It is also possible to follow a workshop in Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc. with a translator, at an additional cost.
By choosing a “Furlan Marri – Automatic Watch” workshop, your watch will be equipped with a Swiss movement made in La Chaux-de-Fonds. This is a self-winding movement with a 68-hour power reserve and elaborate finishing.
