Since the launch of our crowdinvesting campaign in January 2021, we have gathered over 500 investors, mainly in Switzerland but also abroad. We’re proud to see this community growing day by day and contributing to our expansion. Crowdinvesting is a participatory financing model whereby the contributor acquires shares in the company in exchange for his or her investment. We have chosen this innovative model because we want to include both neophytes and watchmaking enthusiasts in this adventure.

After-sales service to be launched in Q2 2026, followed by a gradual increase in watch volumes to around 1,080 pieces per year over the next 5 years, with an offer focused on quality, transparency and education. Initium already has premises, tooling and a workforce, which considerably limits start-up costs.
We plan to open a site in Zurich in Q3 2026, combining a workshop and presentation space inspired by the Creative Lab in Geneva, to address our Swiss-German clientele, as well as the city’s international business tourism.We already have a network of contacts in the Zurich region, both B2B partners and potential customers.
Creation and promotion of clearly packaged corporate offers (team building, VIP programs, business gifts) and development of a portfolio of recurring customers – already substantial in Geneva – in liaison with local teams and partners (agencies, hotels, tourist offices, other intermediaries).
Improved occupancy rates in Geneva, Paris and Le Noirmont, ramping up of the Creative Lab, direct sales and group courses, development of the wedding jewelry offer and prospecting for new B2B partners.
Reduce component complexity, harmonize processes between sites, strengthen monitoring and control tools, automate online reservations and first-level customer response. The aim: a model that is simpler to manage, more profitable and easier to replicate.
